Shaina Cannon
I am an "200 hour Yoga Alliance" certified teacher and ‘SOMA breathwork’ coach. Specialising in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Meditation, Prana-Yama, Intermittent Hypoxic training & Yin Yoga. In 2016 I studied 150 hours in traditional Hatha, Pranayama and Meditation having been heavily into meditation from a young age; not long after this course, I decided this was the path I was to take - to share these life changing practices by training to become a teacher in them.

I have completed a silent 8-day Vipassana Meditation retreat to help me better understand the human mind, have trained and worked with 'Super-human' Wim Hof and Niraj of ‘SOMA’  - helping host and run breathwork sessions and workshops of up to 400 people. I have also trained with Reiki Master Taryn Walker - having learned how to open the nadis of the body and move blockages. I work with all types of people, including those who want to work on the energetic aspects; those who want to become fit and healthy; those who want to gain better control of their mind and emotions; and those who want to simply relax and take some time out for themselves.
